2012 Holsteiner Mare (Cormint x Landgraf), 16.1 1/2h
FF Evita sold to Madeline Hepler of Bainbridge Island, WA. Maddy is lucky enough to get one of the best brained horses I have ever come across! From unbroke to the 1.25m in Thermal in 14 months, Evita started out as teacher’s pet and never strayed from that mindset. Long winning record through the 1.40m, she then took Sadie Fletcher into her first 1.20m classes, then her first 1.30m classes, and then in the spring of 2024 into her first ever 1.40m classes with top 3 placings in every Grand Prix and 1.40m class they set foot in (including the win at the Salish Horse Show Grand Prix in March)!
We cannot wait to see what Evita does with Maddy, and we’re all excited that she’ll stay so close to home!
2009 Holsteiner Mare (Singulord Joter x Campione), 16.1 1/2h
Sold to the Bowser family at Magnolia Ridge Training Center in Washington State. Best of luck with this special, special mare. She has a huge group of supporters and fans cheering her on from Germany, the East Coast, and here. We all know that there is a lot of success coming to this pair in the future!
END OF SEASON UPDATE: Bella (now showing as FF Spotlight) managed to pick up 2-3 championships at every single show she attended this summer from Cle Elum to Oregon to Monroe and beyond, which left Lauren with multiple year end championships as well. WOW! Congratulations to you all!
2022 Update – Bella moved on to a Short Stirrup kiddo when her owner went to college, and is continuing to pick up tricolors like nobody’s business!
2013 Holsteiner Gelding (Clinton I x Camposanto), 16.2h
Sold to a Junior Rider in the uber competitive Bay Area where they are cleaning up in the Junior Hunters and will be heading to the Junior Hunter Finals 2023! Best of luck with this special horse. Truly a horse that could go any direction with a smile on his face and a happy flick of his tail! We’re thrilled to have him in such a terrific program and can’t wait to follow his future success!
2012 Holsteiner Gelding (Cormint/Alexis Z/Laval I), 16.3h
Sold to trainer, Kari Kusch, and her daughter in WA State in 2016 and now showing as Mr. Big Shot. Best of luck to you…we can’t wait to cheer on Cory and his kid this year!
Update – Cory and Nicole placed 11th in the YJC Championships held at Blenheim in September, 2017. 1.20m fences + kid rider (the youngest rider at the YJC Finals, in fact) + young horse and they absolutely rocked it! Love to see partnerships work out so well!
2022: Cory is cleaning up in the 1.40m+ Jumpers in Wellington, FL! Way to go to this Flying F Sport Horses alum!!
2007 Holsteiner Gelding (Roller Coaster x Cassini)
Sold to Cyndy Pope of Penn Valley, CA. Best of luck with this kind and special gelding! Rasen brings with him a host of fans from the east coast who will be beyond thrilled to see where he’s going. And a special thank you to my COTH family (and more specifically, Cyndy’s daughter, Emily) who was responsible for the introduction. Rasen has huge shoes to fill in Nikki’s place, but I know that he’ll rise to the challenge and do his best to bring smiles to the faces of everyone (and everypony) around him!
Campiro, “Charley”
2007 Holsteiner Gelding (Camiros x Alacatraz), 17.1h
Now owned byTroy Hendricks and Kimber-View Stables of Pennsylvania, where he’s carrying kids and adult amateurs around the equitation and medal classes with lots of wins and championships to his name at venues like WEF. Go Charley!
